Welcome to Stix and Stones Fired Pizza

Remember a time when you’re sitting around the table with friends and the conversation shifts to things you’d like to do, things that are on your bucket list, things like opening a wood-fired pizza restaurant… …but then in the morning, you decide to forget the whole thing ‘cause it’s just a little too crazy. We actually moved forward with that crazy idea. It consumed us and drove us and for years we did our homework, got some expert advice and bought a custom wood-fired pizza oven from Naples. Then we got very picky about the ingredients. Our homemade dough is made with tipo “00” flour to create the classic crisp and chewy crust, our sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes, and our fresh mozzarella is made right here in the restaurant. Of course, great pizza has to have great beer and our selection of noteworthy craft beers is locally inspired. You’ll find unique and delicious beers here.

    1 a.m. – 10 p.m.
